Course Description
Cyber Aware - Stay Safe
Online
Content and Overview Take control of your digital
safety with Cyber Aware, a practical and engaging workshop designed to help you
navigate the online world with confidence. You’ll learn how to create strong,
secure passwords, recognise if a website is safe to use, identify common
phishing scams, and stay protected when using online sources. Whether you’re
browsing, shopping, or managing personal information online, this workshop gives
you the essential skills to stay safe and cyber aware—no technical experience
needed.
Suitable for If you are new to IT or not confident
with how to keep themselves safe online. You should not hold any prior IT
qualifications.
Entry requirements You must be aged 19+ on 31
August 2024 and a UK resident for at least 3 years to join this course as an
adult learner.
Delivery Method This workshop will be delivered
face to face.
