Course Description

Beginner's Digital Skills Workshops

Content and Overview
Are you new to the world of technology and feeling a little lost? Our beginner's workshops are designed to gently guide you through the essentials of digital devices and the online world. We cover everything from understanding your digital device and its basic functions, to confidently navigating the internet, sending and receiving emails while staying safe online. Join us to make technology easier to understand and gain the skills you need to connect with the digital world!

Suitable for
Learners who are overwhelmed by technology and do not hold Entry 3 or Level 1 Essential Digital Skills Qualification (EDSQ).


Entry requirements
You must be aged 19+ on 31 August 2024 and a UK resident for at least 3 years to join this course as an adult learner.

Delivery Method
These workshops will be delivered face to face.
