Pathway to Work
Following your application,
you will be invited to attend a short induction, prior to the course
starting.
Content & Overview: Build a
personalised roadmap to success! This two-day course will help you create a
clear, personalised pathway to work. Day one focuses on personal growth and
confidence. Our specialist tutors will help you identify your own strengths and
skills to set your future career goals with a positive mindset. Day two will
focus on specific job skills, such as creating a modern CV, discovering job
opportunities and gaining skills to help you succeed in interviews and support
your journey into employment.
Day 1: • Personal Growth • Build confidence
& set career goals • Identify your strengths & skills • Handle
workplace challenges • Develop a positive mindset
Day 2: Job Skills • Use AI tools like ChatGPT for
job searching • Create a winning CV & cover letter • Discover hidden
job opportunities • Improve communication & interview skills •
Practice real interviews
Suitable for: Learners looking for employment
or looking to change careers/get promotion and those who have not had an
interview for a long period of time.
Entry requirements: 19+ and UK resident
