Course Description
Get Going, Get Active - This
course is only available if you have been referred by NL Active, Job Centre, or
GP and Social Prescriber.
YOU WILL NEED TO ATTEND AN
INDUCTION SESSION AT SCUNTHORPE JOB CENTRE ON 19.02.2026 BETWEEN 10AM AND
2PM.
CONTENT & OVERVIEW
Are you
inactive or doing very little physical activity? Would you like to become more
active but aren’t sure where to start? Join our free 5-week health and exercise
course designed for adults of working age who are long term unemployed. This
course will build your knowledge and confidence to become more active, while
also supporting your mental health and physical wellbeing.

This course is suitable for you if you are
unemployed, out of work, seeking work or economically inactive; and not
currently engaging in physical activity
