This course is designed to help you support your children’s learning while promoting healthy eating, practical cooking skills, and positive family interactions. You and your family will have the chance to spend quality time together while learning how to plan and prepare simple, nutritious evening meals.

You will:

• Follow simple, healthy recipes to prepare nutritious meals to be cooked at home
• Learn basic food hygiene and health and safety such as knife skills
• Learn how to make healthy swaps and smart shopping choices
• Learn how to plan balanced meals

Parents/carers of children at Outwood Junior Academy Brumby

Entry requirements:
Attendees must have a child attending Outwood Junior Academy Brumby. The parent/carer attending must be 16+ on 31st August 2025.
