Content & Overview
Baking with Confidence is a welcoming 6-week course designed to support you in building confidence, structure and positive routines through practical, hands-on baking.

Course Details
You will bake a range of plant-based sweet and savoury items while learning key techniques such as measuring, weighing, timing and safe oven use. The weekly sessions help you develop a sense of routine and reliability, while working alongside others in a supportive group environment encourages communication, teamwork and social connection. By learning new skills, following clear processes and achieving something tangible each week, you can build confidence, independence and a sense of achievement, supporting your mental wellbeing and everyday life.

Suitable for
Learners must be referred by The Blue Door and be 19+ years old on 31st August 2025.
