Creating Calm

Family course to support improving our emotional Health and wellbeing, whilst having fun:
 
Families are invited to join us for 6 weeks of 'Creating Calm'...... each session starts with some gentle and fun yoga and breathing techniques, followed by some creative art/crafts activities and finishes with some relaxation.

This relaxed and informal course helps us to bring moments of calm into our busy lives, helping us to improve our health and wellbeing. You will also get a few freebies to take home with you during the course.

The course will run for 6 consecutive weeks and requires parents/carers to attend the sessions every week along with their child/children. 

(Suitable for families with children aged 7+)
