Supporting your Child's Anxiety
Join us for a FREE workshop and learn how to identify and
support your children’s emotional and mental health. This workshop is aimed
at parents/carers of children in key stages 1 and 2 and professionals working in
key stages 1 and 2.
You will learn strategies and techniques on how you can manage you
and your child’s mental health effectively, also sharing ideas on how to develop
your children’s resilience and self-esteem.
Content & Overview
- • To promote and share key messages to support your children’s
emotional wellbeing, including information on what anxiety is, what it looks
like, and how you can manage this effectively
- • We will discuss resilience and how you as parents/carers and
professionals can support in developing your children’s resilience and
self-esteem
- • We will share resources and ideas on supporting children’s
emotional and mental health
- • We will share various other support services and resources for you
as parents/carers to access to support your children’s emotional wellbeing
Suitable for This workshop is designed for
parents/carers and any professionals who wish to gain an understanding of
children’s emotional wellbeing, anxiety and how to support this
For children aged between 5 – 11 years old.
*The course is FREE on completion of an enrolment form
& a feedback form.
